Maintenance

Each apartment home is thoughtfully turned before every move in. Professionally cleaned, freshly painted, and work performed by skilled maintenance team there are no details missed. Once completed every member of the team walks through the premises to ensure perfection!

For your convenience, our team is happy to provide service whether or not you are present, depending on your preference.

We have on site maintenance during normal business hours and we offer emergency maintenance services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our online app makes submitting service requests convenient! Our office team is also always happy to help with the submission of a service request.

Amenities

Ample parking is available on a first come first serve basis. We also have private garages with driveways in select apartment homes.

Our property offers an opulent clubhouse with coffee bar, a newly upgraded fitness center, a fenced in bark park for our furry family members, a heated swimming pool and barbecue areas, and focus spaces in select buildings.

Our swimming pool is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is open from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM seven days a week. Our grilling areas are available for use any time.

We love pets and are very pet friendly.

Each apartment home is fully equipped with a premium GE appliance package, featuring a full-size gas range and oven, French-door refrigerator with in-door ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a full-size side-by-side washer and dryer.

Yes, we offer a multitude of furnished apartment options through our trusted furniture rental partners.

Admin

Application approval typically takes between 24 and 72 hours, with most approvals received within 24 hours.

You can conveniently pay rent through our online resident portal, where payments can be made securely using a bank account or a credit card. Payments made by check may be delivered to the management office during normal business hours.

You are not required to purchase a renter's insurance policy, but may do so if the automatically enrolled Risk Protection Service limits do not meet your needs.

Our apartments are wifi ready through Xfinity. Your fully customizable service is ready for use on your move in day.

Yes, we offer the flexibility of an early lease termination as outlined in the lease agreement.

Utilities can easily be set up by calling the providers directly. Atlantic City Electric provides electric service and South Jersey Gas is the gas provider.

Directions

Our community is conveniently located at 1000 Fawn Drive, Williamstown, NJ 08094, with easy access from major roadways throughout the area. From the Atlantic City Expressway, take Exit 38 toward Williamstown and follow local roads to Fawn Drive. If you're traveling from Routes 42 or 322, follow signs toward Williamstown and continue to Fawn Drive. For the most accurate directions from your location, we recommend using your preferred GPS or navigation app.
